Welcome to Shoshone Benewah One Call

Shoshone Benewah One Call (SBOC) has entered into an agreement with One Call Concepts, Inc. (OCC), under which OCC will provide all one call services for Shoshone Benewah counties in Idaho, effective October 1, 2026.

Until then, North Idaho 811 will continue to accept locate requests from contractors, homeowners, or anyone else planning to dig in Idaho’s Shoshone or Benewah counties. It is vitally important that you call or submit a locate request before digging on any project—large or small.

Starting October 1, 2026, locate requests for Shoshone or Benewah counties in Idaho will be processed through the Dig Safe North Idaho 811 center, operated by OCC.

OCC will bring a number of exciting technological capabilities to the center.

For example, members have the ability to create, modify, delete, and maintain their notification areas via a simple web-based interface. They will also be able to create extremely specific notification areas to reduce notifications that result in a clear/no conflict status. OCC provides members with access to free ticket management tools that allow them to manage all of their notifications and workflow distribution and provide electronic positive response status. Excavators will have access to ITICnxt, OCC’s user-friendly online ticket entry tool, and are able to submit locates 24/7/365 from anywhere with internet access. Users can provide supporting documents via the upload feature and easily map out the precise area where the work is taking place using advanced mapping tools such as routes, parcel and radius on a multi-layer interactive map. A customized ticket management tool designed specifically for excavators is also available at no charge. Some areas served by OCC receive more than 80% of their located tickets via ITICnxt, which OCC believes is a testament to its intuitive interface and user experience.
